Peg Creations is an independent UK small business creating handmade artwork, home décor, personalised gifts, laser-engraved products, prints and creative workshops.

2. Our Products
Many of our products are handmade or individually created. Because of this, there may be small differences in colour, texture, finish, positioning or appearance between products and photographs shown on the website.
These differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not affect their quality.
Artwork colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
We aim to make product descriptions, photographs, measurements and prices as accurate as reasonably possible. Other products we source from reputable UK Whole Sale businesses.
3. Original Artwork
Original paintings and artworks are individually created and are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated.
Once an original artwork has been sold, we cannot provide another identical original.
Where prints are available, these will be clearly described as prints and are not original artworks.
4. Personalised Products & Commissions
Personalised products and commissioned artwork are created specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking that any names, wording, dates, photographs or other information supplied to Peg Creations are correct before production.
We may contact you if we need clarification before creating your item.
Because personalised and commissioned products are made to your specification, they may have different cancellation and return rights from standard ready-to-ship products. Please see our Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in UK pounds (£).
The price payable is the price shown at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
We will provide confirmation of your order where applicable.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with your order, including an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock or an issue with personalised information.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where required.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product or at checkout.
Delivery times can vary depending on the product, whether it is personalised, and the delivery service used.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the chosen postal or delivery service. We will provide any tracking information available for tracked orders.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any legal rights you have as a consumer.
UK consumer law provides protections including rights relating to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
9. Workshops
Where Peg Creations offers creative workshops, the details of the workshop, date, time, location and price will be provided at the time of booking.
Workshop bookings may have specific cancellation or transfer arrangements depending on the type of workshop and booking.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, illustrations, logos, written content and other original material created by Peg Creations remain the intellectual property of Peg Creations unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially use Peg Creations’ artwork, designs, photographs or other original content without written permission.
Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
11. Using Our Website
You may use the Peg Creations website for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from technical errors.
12. Product Safety & Care
Some Peg Creations products are decorative items and may not be suitable for young children unless specifically stated.
Please follow any care or safety information supplied with your product.
Where a product is personalised or handmade, please use it for its intended purpose and take reasonable care when handling it.

We will provide products and services in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

The version applying to an order will be the version in place when the order was placed.
