A Splash of Texture by the Sea – My Mini Art Exhibition at Seaton Beach Huts
There’s something magical about the sound of waves meeting the shore, the salty breeze in the air, and the ever-changing colours of the coast. A couple of weeks ago, I brought that magic into my art.
Nestled among the charming Seaton Beach Huts, my mini art exhibition of textured pieces was out for visitors to explore. Each artwork is inspired by the tactile beauty of nature – think ripples of sand, weathered driftwood, and the movement of the sea captured in layers, texture, and colour.
These pieces are not just for looking at – they’re for feeling. I love working with texture because it invites you to connect with art in a deeper, more sensory way. Standing by the beach, you can see the very landscapes that inspired each piece, just a few steps away.
Whether you’re an art lover, a fellow maker, or simply enjoying a day out in Seaton, I’d love for you to stop by, say hello, and take a little piece of coastal creativity home with you at my next mini exhibition:
📍 Location: Seaton Beach Huts
🗓 Dates: 11th/12th August
